About My Lizards
|
This page is dedicated to geckos, especialy Fat Tailed and Leopard. I have 2 geckos, one is called Scrabble and the other is called Boggle.
Boggle is a Fat Tailed Gecko and Scrabble is a Leopard Gecko.
Scrable is about two thirds of a foot lond and Boggle is about half a foot long. They both share a vivareium and get on well together.

This is a picture of Boggle my African Fat Tailed Gecko. As you can see she has a fat tail, hence the name Fat Tailed Gecko.

Facts And Other Lizards
|
There are many different sorts of gecko. Leopard and Fat Tailed are both a member of the Eyelid Gecko family.
Here are some gecko facts
Famous:
The most famous gecko is probably the ony featured in the computar game GEX. It is a Common Day Gecko and is not a member of the eyeid gecko family.
Biggest:
The biggest gecko is a Tockay Gecko. They are blue with red spots and can grow to over a foot.
Meanest:
The meanest gecko is the Tokay gecko. Their bite is so hard thet it can hurt through leather gloves. They live in asia and have the ability to climb walls and glass.
Typical:
Probably the image that is brought to mind when the word 'gecko' is mensioned is a little green lizard that can climb walls. That is a day gecko.
There are many other typs of lizard. The other main ones kept as pets are Agamids. The most famous is probably the Bearded Dragon. Iguana.
In this picture there is a Moiter another type of lizard. The other typs of lizard are the Skinks, Iguanids and Chameleons.
